Pet Photography.

Some people keep animals inside and outside their homes. Over time it's possible to get to like these animals to such an extent that when they die (they do that, die) some sort of lasting momento becomes desirable. For many, the ultimate memorial to their loyal & dependable (dog) or ambivolent & Selfish (cat) friend is to have the bugger stuffed. Fine if you want a dead animal bearing down on you while you watch X-Factor but for a discerning and intelligent few, a thin papery alternative exists. A photograph. Not just any image though, a portrait that captures the essence of the beast, a two-dimensional effigy which can express all the joys of subjugated animalistic youth lost forever to the cruel ravages of time and decomposition. Over the years I have taken permanent record, without direct permission, of literally several pets. The very best of which I am sharing with you below.

An emotional capture of a living dog. It's still living now though but I got in early on this one.

This black dog was crazy! I couldn't keep the bugger still!

Using my skills I took it outside and had similar success. A timeless reminder indeed.
